Q: Can you guarantee shipping times?
A: Unfortunately not as these are down to the postal service. We ship orders as soon as we can when we have received your payment. We do not process orders during the weekend or on holidays.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Our service is fully traceable on websites.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide.
Q: Can I request a refund if my order does not arrive in time for a certain date?
A: No, we are sorry but we can not refund orders that have already been shipped. You may return the order if you wish for a refund though.
For Item Not On Pre-Order
After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests to ensure the product's quality before shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 2-7 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
About Tax
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Pretty Peach cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
Shipping Status
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review the order status and to obtain a tracking number. We may ship your order with separate packages, items that have inventory will be shipped first.
